100% gluten free establishment. The whole kitchen and brewery! I got to have a flight of tasters, what a rare experience. The food is like nice tavern food, but all GF. I had onion rings that were so good I would be scared they weren’t safe if not for the fact that the whole joint is gf. My sister ate there the week before and didn’t even realize it was gf!

Great food, beer, and friendly staff. They really care about the customer experience. The outdoor patio is nice with a good sound system to drown out any car noise. Happy hour hot dog bites are worth getting there early for

I haven’t had anything like this burger and onion rings since I was diagnosed 20 years ago. So much joy and nostalgia! If it hadn’t been a dedicated GF restaurant I would have worried they gave me the wrong meal.

5 stars because it’s so nice to know all the food is celiac safe. I loved being able to take a french fry off my husbands plate. I will say I was disappointed in Ghostfish as I thought the food lacked flavor, the fried fish, grilled chicken and even the onion rings. The pretzel roll was very gummy. I did think the orange pork taco was very good. Very expensive as others said so I expected that.

A gluten free slice of heaven!! It's so rare to find a completely gf restaurant and then a gf brewery to boot? Seriously amazing!
We were thabkfully seated quickly on a Friday evening with a party of just two even though it was very busy. I confirmed with the friendly server that EVERYTHING on their menu was gf because that's impressive and so rare. EVERYTHING is, including all of their beer! I haven't drank a beer in many years, so when in Rome, I ordered the Meteor Shower Pale Lager.
The lager was cold, light, refreshing and delicious. My gluten eating husband enjoyed it and ordered a second. We split the parmesan truffle fries. The fries were hot, crispy and had just the right amount of truffle funk and parmesan. We split the blackened salmon blt with a kale salad. The sandwich was awesome! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the bun stuck together! The flavors jived nicely. The kale salad was a nice, light option after having fries as an appetizer
Sending a special thank you to the owners and anyone else that helped create this gluten free gem!

So good! Unfortunately we went on Sunday and they have a limited brunch offering,, but what we did get was delicious. Really enjoyed the hopped seltzer as it had no alchohol but a nice hopped flavor.

My favorite spot to visit when I go to Seattle. It feels great knowing I’m eating at a safe place. It’s a little pricey, but their food is delicious!! My non-celiac husband has even mentioned how amazing it is!

I dream about this place. Seriously. I'd drive down to Seattle just for this place but then wouldn't be able to drive home of course because it's a totally GF brewery and i want to try it all! I love having options for beer and also, I can't think of a single other place I can have greasy fried pub food anymore. So so many options. For a former beer fan pre-celiac diagnosis like myself, I can't recommend this place enough

The food was good but very overpriced. Got the Mac and cheese, fries, a soda, churros and carrot cake for almost $70. They charged for a side of ranch. If I was local I don’t think I would be back there wasn’t anything special about the food to make me want to come back. While it was fine it wasn’t knock my socks off.

Another tasty meal at Ghostfish. Stopped in with a non-Celiac friend after the Mariners game. I had a pulled pork taco and a fish taco. Loved them both. The fish tacos are the best tasting of any I have tried anywhere. My friend had two of the pulled pork tacos. She loved them. Had a nice chat with a server who is Celiac. Love to eat at Ghostfish, so I don't have to worry about cross contamination. And the food is great.

Great place to get a gluten free beer that taste like any other premium beer. The fried oinion rings were very tasty. I also had the fried chicken sandwich which was delicious. The burger and bun that my daughter had was also very tasty. The bun was really good.

Visited Ghostfish multiple nights on our trip to Seattle—wow! Celiac safe and the food and service are incredible! I’m not a big beer person, but the variety and taste here was amazing!🍻

The fish and chips were great. I wish they had some healthier options, but it's a brewery so what was I expecting? I'll definitely be back to try out some other items on the menu on a future trip.
The picnic tables in the back do not have waiter service, so you have to order at the bar. Fortunately the whole menu is still available at the bar. They also have a few small tables on the side of the building, those may or may not have waiter service, I'm not sure.
Caution that the restaurant is pretty large but they only have two unisex bathrooms, so there can be some big backlogs. The line for the bathroom was eight people long when I visited.

If you’re a celiac and you don’t visit Ghostfish while in Seattle, it is a trip wasted. Absolutely fabulous fish and chips - gluten free or otherwise - and friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more!

Can’t say how excellent this place is - never found anywhere like it. All the beer is made from non gluten grains and the food is delicious - all the bar food I miss. While I’m always glad to stumble on a gf vegan or heath food place, the thing I miss most is just tasty, hearty, standard food - this place hits the mark and more and everyone I bring says they’d never know it was gluten free.

Great food! Dedicated gluten free brewery and even the beer is gluten free (and great!). Highly recommend. Only downside was that it was a bit crowded and loud.

Had a flight of beer!!! Wow. That hasn’t happened in forever. So many were delicious. Had an IPA for the first time. What a treat. Next time I’m having food there. It looked amazing, but had eaten already.

Great beer, great food, bar or otherwise. For those of us with Celiac's Disease Ghostfish Brewery is a blessing. First time having Fish & Chips and Onion Rings since I was diagnosed. They're as good as any I've ever had. Ghostfish Brewhouse is a definite stop when I'm visiting the area.

My husband, daughter (who is celiac) and I had the absolute pleasure of going to Ghostfish Brewing Company on the weekend. We started with my sharing a basket of their beautifully battered onion rings. The portion was huge! And they were incredibly delicious. Our daughter had the pulled pork burger, which was very tasty. It was paired with tater tots. Again a very large portion. My husband and I had the fish tacos, which were very satisfying. We sampled some of their beer and cider.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would go back in a heartbeat if we lived closer to Seattle!!!

First time eating here and it was great! Great menu selection. Ate here with my non-celiac fam and they thought everything tasted amazing too! Beer/cider was also good. I had the peach sour and it was yummy!

Totally GF, so I felt very safe. Awesome beer brewed from gluten free grains, and very fun to get to eat traditionally non-GF foods like onion rings, burgers etc. Beers also available to take away (you can also find it at many PNW supermarkets). Some beers have oats, check on menu if you are sensitive. Vegan options too, pretzel buns are VE, but they were out when I visited :(
Would be 5 stars, but I personally found the food a bit greasy/heavy — portions are pretty big also, so don’t order too much if you’re not super hungry. Also, it’s a bit pricey, and out of the way if you don’t have a car.
Overall, would recommend a visit.

such a good, fun brewery experience - sampled a ton of beers and food. We went for brunch on a Sunday - the French toast was pretty tasteless / not a great consistency. the breakfast tacos were very good, the chicken fried chicken wasn’t really my jam but the rest of the table loved it, and the fish & chips were GREAT.
Truffle fries were also super yummy :)
the banana bread was an amazing texture and so were the churros, fun desserts!!
Great experience & 100% safe!

We ordered all the fried things - fish & chips, side of onion rings. The gluten free beer was good too and they offer a small 2 oz size so you can try different kinds.
Everything was delicious and the merch on sale was cute too!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant… gluten free EVERYTHING! Had Fish & Chips that were melt in your mouth delicious! The IPA beer was fantastic and smooth. I have an allergy to Dairy as well and our server was so respectful and made a point to let the chef know, so no cross contamination. The atmosphere was industrial with an eclectic vibe! Loved it!

My husband & son are both gluten intolerant & got to enjoy fish & chips for the first time on vacation. I’m lactose intolerant & also got to enjoy the fish & chips. The batter needed more seasoning but overall was delicious & we were all so excited for something different to enjoy.

This place is like a dream for someone that has to be gf!! Dedicated gf food and beer! It's a bar atmosphere but I was there on a Friday for lunch during July, and saw several families with children. We wanted to sit outside, so we ordered at the bar and then sat at the picnic tables in the covered patio area, where water in a large jug is also provided. We tried a beer flight and were able to sample 4 gf beers. Very reasonably priced for Seattle, and well worth it for not having to worry about getting sick.

Onion rings!! I haven’t had them in 15 years. They are huge. I also had fish and chips and the fish was local and fresh- no fishy taste. The fries were amazing. My husband had the spicy fried chicken sandwich with pretzel bun. The onion rings were very filling and I only got to 2/3 of my fish. So delicious and definitely wear your stretchy pants. They have gf beer. We didn’t drink any. I had a kombucha. Oh, and they have dairy free ranch! Mmmm!

I’m so glad that I made this stop! If you’ve been missing good bar and restaurant then this is the place. The entire establishment is celiac friendly. Their Lander Lager is the best blonde that I’ve had in five years since my diagnosis. It’s a little ways south from downtown, but I’ll always make this a stop when I’m in Seattle.

Absolutely phenomenal! You need to go here if you are celiac! My dad and I are celiac. My husband and mother are not and enjoyed everything about this place! The beer and cider absolutely well done! We had the Mac n cheese, fried shrimp, and fish and chips! All absolutely delicious! If you are in Seattle this is a MUST!!
