Update: learned from my niece who worked there it’s not safe for Celiac Spent time talking to manager and waitress. They took all the necessary steps to ensure my pizza was safe for me. Including putting the pizza on its own pan in the oven not touching anything gluten. I was very impressed. I have Celiac, very sensitive. I didn't get sick and it was good!
I had been to Giada's before, and found the service terrible and the food bland. I did go back, for a ladies night out. My GF pasta had a different noodle mixed in, so obviously there is cross contamination going on. My server was great about it, but this tells me the kitchen staff does not understand true GF.

Unfortunately, the pizza made me sick. I am very sensitive.

Great Italian restaurant, serving gluten free pasta. You can exchange it in most of the dishes on the menu, or create your own custom dish. Had their chicken marsala last time, really delicious.
