Very, very fresh salads! Tastes like they bring them in from California from a direct flight non-stop. Yum. They make their own croutons, but they don't toss them in anything, just place them on top of other people's salads. Just ask them to change their gloves; they already use clean bowls. I am celiac and am not sick. I always wait 24 hrs to post a review.... Just in case. Enjoy!
