Enjoyed the pizza. It’s probably the best GF pizza I’ve had to date. Was able to speak with one of their personnel who explained they take great care in an attempt not to cross contaminate the GF pizza - wiping counters, changing gloves etc.
Even my wife who isn’t gluten-free said the pizza was really good. I just wish they marked their menu with regards to other GF items. Pizza wise, it’s worth a try. I’ll definitely return for some more.

AMAZING! They moved to a new location on el Camino recently and not only is the restaurant amazing but they make GF Detroit style pizza that is Celiac friendly!!! They make their gluten free pizzas separate. I couldn’t believe it. Best gf pizza I have ever had to the point where it was hard to believe. Can’t recommend it more!! Also, they have gf pizza bread sticks and I believe wings as well!

I’ve ordered from here twice. Pop-up location is at JD’s Bar and Kitchen.
The first time was gf From the D, gf The Baba, and gf cheese bread. It was cooked perfectly! The crust was crispy and chewy and wonderful. Service was exceptional. I didn’t have a reaction. It was excellent.
The second time I got From the D gf and additional pizzas that had gluten. My gf pizza was underdone, and they forgot the extra ranches ordered. Underwhelmed. Very different experience. The regular pizzas were cooked well and everyone who could have those were happy. The gf pizzas were meh. I’m hoping this was a one off experience, bc it was really good the first time.
Update: Ordered a 3rd time - gf cheesy bread was perfect. Ordered 4 other glutenous pizzas, and the crowd was more than pleased!
