Amazing food! They also have a dedicated area in the kitchen for gluten free meals, so as safe for Coelaics as it can be, without being 100% Gluten free. They even bring the pizza out on a blue plate, which indicate it's gluten free, as well as a tag on the pizza with gluten free on it. Really amazing menu, highly recommend!
