love it there. Especially the crab spring rolls (huge and fresh). I have never gotten sick. I am not sure what you think the problem is with the crab. They use fresh crab legs it's not the fake crab stuff with gluten. I have eaten their several times and never been sick. My mother with Celiac also has eaten there without an issue. Wonderfully fresh food, and very reasonably priced!!!

I had Pho and spring rolls. It was REALLY good. However, they also listed spring rolls with crab sticks with a gf symbol. I informed the waitress that those were not gf and she was pleasant and said she'd let the cook know, but that's a miss that someone who's actually certified and/or done the research wouldn't make. It could be the power of suggestion, but I did feel like I got glutened.

Updating post a couple of days later. Definitely got glutened! Celiacs beware.

Amazing Vietnamese food. Great service, well educated staff, and extremely flexible with ingredients. The best pho around.
