Gilde Brewery

No indication of anything gluten-free on the menu or even an allergen list. The waitress was doing her best to accommodate but had no idea was gluten even was and asked if it was cheese. I understand people might not be informed, but Gilde has obviously not trained their staff on allergens or made an effort to create an allergen list. I ended up getting the Hungarian Goulash, although they still kept the side of rye toast on the plate (I'm only intolerant, so whatever) but if I was celiac, I would definitely not eat here.
