Very good experience in Rouen! The personnel was aware about gluten intolerance and suggested also the dishes accordingly with some modifications. I had a delicious typical french dinner, recommended! Why french people are not so sensible to our coeliac needs?... Come on!

They were able to accommodate some menu items to be GF. Unfortunately, I don’t eat fish so it makes me more limited. But the dessert “La marquise aux éclats de noisettes et son espuma au chocolat” was absolutely mind blowing. It’s a cold chocolate mousse with toasted chopped hazelnuts and topped with a warm chocolate cream and sprinkled more toasted hazelnuts on top. Probably, the most delicious dessert I’ve ever had. I WILL be getting more.
