Gillies is our favorite place to eat breakfast. The chef’s wife has Celiac so when you state your gf needs, they take you very seriously and prepare your meal away from the other food with fresh pans . The potatoes are my fave! They even have gf toast. Haven’t eaten dinner there lately but they’ve been great in the past.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always goes out of their way to make sure your meal is perfect. So many great breakfast items. Have loved this place for years!

I had a great experience here! It is a busy place, but the waitress listened carefully to my needs, and assured me my food would safe. My GF omlet was amazing!!! I was nervous about the GF toast, and unsure if it was toasted in a GF toaster, so I didn’t risk the toast. If you explain your GF needs, I think you will have a great experience at Gillies!! Delicious, and a fun location in Blacksburg. Go!

Was told chef's wife has celiac so very aware. They alao cater to vegans and overheard server explaining how they change out pans for those dishes as well.

Well labelled menu and staff was knowledgeable. Ordered a black bean burger for dinner, but didn’t realize the gf option just meant no bun. Delicious, but small portions

Wow! We're driving from the northeast back to western NC and we needed somewhere to stop off quickly for lunch takeout. Gillie's pulled up on my GF find me app and I looked up their menu and was blown away! This is the kind of place I'm always looking for in my travels! I had the gf crawfish burger on a gf chickpea bun and my non gf boyfriend had an equally delicious lunch. I wish there was a Gillie's in my town! Definitely try this place. I would love to try their dinner and breakfast options!

This place is amazing for people with celiac! Tons of really good gluten free options that are really good too! Totally knowledgeable staff. Ate there for dinner and breakfast while I was in town for a day. As a new celiac, it gave me confidence that I can eat while traveling. Loved, loved, loved it!

Every time my parents and I travel to and from VT we eat here. It's great! So many options for Celiacs like us and such a great atmosphere. Staff are very knowledgable too. I recommend 150%

Great menu, great homemade food, lots of GF options. I had the crawfish cakes and catfish with grits n goat cheese. Cat wait to try the stir fry!
