Gilly's Ice Cream

Offers Guernsey ice cream- several labeled gluten free right on the case. I asked if the other brand carried was GF and the owner did not know.

Did not see an option for a GF cone so I got a cup. I pointed out I have Celiac and asked if she wouldn’t mind using a clean scoop. I couldn’t tell if she washed it or only rinsed it, but either way dried it with a towel she picked up off the counter surface and not sure what else was wiped with it.

That being said, no issues so far. It’s been a little over 24 hours. The business seems new and the owner seems open to feedback and suggestions so I feel like with a little education and promoting this business has a lot of potential to become a GF ice cream choice.
