Review of Gil's Goods

Wood fired gluten free pizza. Had the Hot Hawaiian pizza and it is really super delicious! They have other varieties to choose from. It’s a thin cracker type crust - chewy thin crust. NonGf husband tried it and can’t tell the difference from “normal” this crust, said he’d eat it. No reaction (I’m very reactive!). Wish there was a pizza like this available in my home town (we’re traveling). Give it a try, you’re missing out fellow GFers!!
