I had read a yelp review saying that nearly any dish could be made GF, but my experience here does not support that claim.
Having sat down and explaining that we had celiac disease (gluten allergy), I ordered the beef with broccoli, and the server said it would be made with GF soy sauce to make it GF. He then asked if we wanted egg roll or crab Rangoon, to which I explained that those were not GF. He brought us sweet and sour soup, which I was skeptical about, and when asked, noted that there "was only a little soy sauce (not gf) in the soup. The plate came out with crab Rangoons on the plate, though the beef and broccoli and fried rice did appear to have been made fresh and without soy sauce. I ate around the rangoon-touched components and it tasted delicious.
In summary, I do not have confidence that there are adequate precautions for celiac patrons. I'll update if I become ill.
