Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates

Looked at their ingredient binder and the chocolate itself is GF. Got the Fleur de Sel Caramel. It was delicious. I spoke with chocolatier and clean prep with mostly GF exquisite chocolates exceptions being obvious ones with shortbread and graham cracker, even their little cookies, are almond flour. No reaction to caramel chocolate- celiac

Delicious! All but one of their macarons, and all of their hot chocolates are gluten free! I had so many good options here.

The macarons are great, and they always have a good selection that are GF! Just check with employees to make sure about the ones you want.
