We ordered off the hibachi menu. They are very safe about cross contamination. I went with family members that aren't gluten free and they cooked mine 1st on the flat top and had gluten free soy sauce. The service was great and very aware to keep my food separate. The salad dressing is not gluten free and the server let's you know that. Hibachi also comes with a soup that isn't gluten free so they swap it out for a gluten free soup-miso soup. There are regular menu options that are gluten free as well.
