I walked in, took one look in the kitchen, and walked back out. The kitchen is covered in flour, and the chefs and workers were covered in flour. Even if they made an effort to avoid cross contact, I knew it would be impossible. Not safe for celiacs.

Agree with previous review- amazing cauliflower crust. Chef also confirmed no risk of cross-contamination. I did not get sick.
