This pizza restaurant is extremely unaccommodating for people with food allergies. There’s an allergy menu- but only for toppings. There are no gluten free pasta options, despite being told that there were on the phone when we called. In person, the server was friendly and tried to find answers for me, but couldn’t tell me about ingredients inside the frozen pre-made pizza crust- just a brand name: “Mama Francesca’s” which I found nothing about online. I’ve read on here it’s not that great, but I’d be happy to eat it if that’s my only option to be able to go out and have a meal with my family and friends. I have secondary allergies as serious as my wheat allergy- to both chicken eggs and corn- so I opted out of the pizza option. I was forced to order yet another salad... at the best pizza restaurant in Chicago! It can’t be that hard to put a little effort into making a great allergy-friendly pizza made entirely by the restaurant as they do for all their other costumers.
