Most of the pasta can be ordered gluten free. I ate my first pasta dish here since going gluten free.

They brought me the regular noodles instead of the GF noodles and then the server argued with me about whether they were GF or regular noodles. She returned from the kitchen and told me I was correct and apologized. Thank God I noticed before I ate them.

New restaurant in Cedar Park. Delicious!! They have gluten free pasta, but when I inquired about kitchen safety I found out the pasta is cooked in the same water as wheat pasta. When I told the manager I have Celiac, she inquired more about it and how they could accommodate. When I told her about the fairly simple things they could do to help people like me eat out safely, she genuinely wanted to learn and work on changing their practices. I'm impressed. I will definitely go back and hope to give it 4 or 5 stars.
