Restaurant is clean and busy. Staff is not knowledgeable about gluten or cross contamination. Several cut rolls clearly were all cut with the same knife with no wiping or cleaning of the blade between cuts. Nigiri sushi appears fine but given that they aren’t cleaning anything, even if it looks clean, it might get you.
