Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is not a lot of times marked gluten free on the menu, but they did have tamari, and our waitress told us that they could substitute out any ingredients with gluten to make a gluten free version (excluding fried items/noodles, etc.).
This place was good but I do have comments. They do have items marked Gf, but they are limited. They have basic gluten free sushi which I had the Philadelphia Roll, it was really good but hard to go wrong with that one. Only option for an appetizer is Edamame. And the only option for Ramen is the Miso Ramen which is the plainest form of ramen you can get. I was hoping for the beef ramen but they seem to prep the meat with gluten, we assumed soy sauce but can’t confirm. We were told all meat for the ramen wasn’t safe except for the chicken. Which I am glad they are knowledgeable of that info, just limiting. I was told my only safe option is Miso Ramen, no meat. Granted it was good but was hoping for more. They also said there was no gluten free Boba Tea which was disappointing and surprising. I will come back here if I ever have a hankering for Miso Ramen but otherwise this is a one and done for me. My partners food came out cold which was also disappointing.
I had gluten free ramen and it hit the spot. I have celiac and was just fine :)
