Ginza Sushi

Took my grandson who has celiac. The staff worked with us to assure he got everything he wanted made gluten free. Was a wonderful experience. We will continue to eat here with him (and without him too 😀)

The sashimi here is excellent and very fresh. The owner/hostess seemed to be knowledgeable about what did and did not contain gluten. They offered me gluten free soy sauce, albeit in a regular soy sauce container with a label saying "Gluten Free." I didn't get any rolls or hot food so I can't speak to their safety. However, I started to have a reaction after eating the miso soup so I will be avoiding that in the future.
