Gioia (pronounced “Joy-ah”) is an authentic Italian restaurant with a menu where quite a few items can be made GF & DF. My daughter & I are Celiac. We had GF breadsticks to start (light & crispy) with oil & balsamic vinegar. My daughter had GF spaghetti with marinara. My wife & shared a GF/DF pizza with the best crust we’ve ever had. We got the Capricciosa Pizza (ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives) with vegan cheese & marinara. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and gave us reassurance there would be no cross-contamination. We sat outside and had a great/safe meal on 1st night of vacation. No issues getting sick. Thinking about going back later this week.
