excellent! I ordered the famous rice balls and the stuffed peppers! absolutely delicious and no gluten reactions! very nice owners and very accommodating. I will certainly order again for a few parties! this is a blessing to have a caterer that is truly safe gluten free and dedicated gluten free kitchen!
