I was hopeful based on reviews. There aren't many celiac safe places in Bemidji. This place is unfortunately not safe either. Definitely got glutened from the pizza. I didn't eat anything else.

I asked and was told they have a separate area in the restaurant where they make gluten. I was also informed that they have a separate pan for when they bake gluten free pizzas. I have eaten there many times and have never had a problem with every action due to contamination or cross contamination.

Absolutely best take-out pizza I have had in a long time. The gluten-free crust is really really good. I will let you know if I did contaminated.

Ordered a gluten free mushroom and olive pizza. Was told they use a separate pan and separate pizza cutter. Obviously they have a cross contamination issue because my Nima sensor indicated gluten found! Was not able to eat the pizza, it looked good but not Celiac safe.

Great for gluten free. They had a buffet of non gluten free items but you could order any pizza you wanted gluten free in size small or large. It was baked on parchment paper over a pan which made me feel it was safer. Great choice. Service was slow and lacking which dropped the rating.
