Staff was incredibly rude and food isn’t that great. Was recommended by a lot of people but I don’t see the appeal. Try any of the other food trucks in the lot.

Absolutely delicious! Mostly GF menu. The only things that aren’t are the Hot Dog buns and Mac salad. I had the shrimp scampi which is shrimp with butter and garlic and two scoops of rice. The line was long but moved along. There are two lines one for ordering and one for pickup. Make sure you’re standing in the ordering line as many people waited only to realize they were in the wrong line. Will happily return here!

The shrimp truck use to pop up at different locations but, now it’s found a permanent home. A plate of garlic shrimp is always a must.

I was a little nervous about this since it’s a food truck but I had the shrimp scampi and ate safely. It was about a 40 minute wait but nice to have something I could safely eat. (Celiac)

I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this shrimp truck. We had to find it. The shrimp was really delicious, served with white rice. I had the scampi/garlic shrimp. (You do have to peel the shrimp) If you can make it here, it’s worth it.

Everyone raved about this place so I made a point of coming, even though I don’t like shrimp much. My husband, who does like shrimp, said the Scampi was great. The hot and spicy was extremely spicy, so beware! I probably wouldn’t come here again but I’m glad we did once. If you like shrimp I bet you’ll love it!

Yuuuuuuuuum. This food truck has a lot of hype. It is just shrimp, and rice. BUT! Really yummy and delicious so I feel like it deserves it. I got the shrimp scampi, and it was bomb! Also! Don’t let the lines scare you, super fast service imo.
Yes
This was the best shrimp I’ve ever had.

We read the reviews and had to try! We drove up to the North Shore and the line was the longest for G's Shrimp Truck. It appeared to be the most popular food truck in the group by a long shot. The parking lot was madness, a sign that everyone wanted in to try the good food! We were hesitant to order but when it was finally our turn, the owner assured us the ONLY thing on the truck that contained gluten was the hot dog bun. Everything else was 100% safe. We got the Scampi plates with rice and covered in garlic. We had no reaction at all and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter at the hot dog with no bun.

I got very sick hours after eating here. I wasn’t gluten, it was food poisoning. A week later, I’m still feeling ill. After this happened I realized it’s happened to a lot of other people as stated in their negative reviews on yelp/etc. I would be cautious about eating here
We got the Scampi and it was delicious and messy. Totally gluten free ingredients with 12 shrimp, 2 scoops white rice and a lemon wedge. There is a sink at the back of the eating area to clean your hands. Lots of other neighboring food trucks but not all GF friendly. This is one of the oldest North Shore shrimp trucks!
Yes
Got the half order of the hot and spicy and half order of scampi. Very good! Not sure why people gave bad reviews. Its a food truck, not a 4 star restaurant lol.
I really enjoyed the shrimp scampi. Go before noon to avoid long lines.
Yes
Good shrimp and they only do shrimp and rice so no gluten contamination but it’s cash only and you’re going to wait a while for sure. I didn’t feel like the shrimp was amazing but it was pretty good!
Yes
Not sure what the hype is about but it was certainly gf.

Cash only food truck. Ordered to lemon butter, it was ok. Not worth the price.
Delicious!!! Fun place in a cool small town. 2 in our group are celiac. They had the scampi and lemon shrimp. Neither had issues. Parking can be tricky. Other vendors are also n the same lot too
Long wait and expensive but one of those "must-eat places". Felt very comfortable with their level of knowledge about GF ingredients and prep
Yes
Expensive for a food truck ($14) but good size portion and it's cheap and tasty. The scampi is the way to go, if you like garlic shrimp. There is no gluten on the menu. Just rice and shrimp, garlic, lemon, butter. Soy sauce is served in packets, optional. I'm celiac and didn't have a reaction.
Yes
I really wanted to try these famous shrimp, but waited until my last day in Hawaii. I took a risk based on certain observations of the local cuisine and habits. soy sauce is served in separate table packets, not on the rice. ingredients are listed on the menu. I had the shrimp scampi (a garlicky olive oil sauteed jumbo shrimp, with two scoops of rice - standard - the butter garlic olive oil concoction is poured right over the rice. the meal was delicious, and I had no adverse reaction.
