Review of Giraffe Stop

The Dubai Airport B terminal seems to be a wasteland for GF food -- the one restaurant I found serving breakfast said that their eggs were gluten contaminated (!) -- and finding dining information here is difficult, period. Giraffe Stop (a B-terminal to-go counter, not to be confused with a sit-down restaurant elsewhere in the airport) at LEAST has a few pre-packaged to go items clearly labeled Gluten Free. The Niçoise salad was tasty and nourishing, and Tyrell's chips on the side are GF.
