Easy to follow Gluten free list on their tablet, had a burger in a GF bun and was very nice
Very well informed staff, lots of safe, gluten free choices. I have breakfast here whenever I pass through the airport.
Asked for the chicken burger, which comes with a GF bun. The waitress was knowledgeable and took time to show me my order with the allergen notice in the system. However I was glutened and had symptoms afterwards. Not a GF meal, definitely.

I am not particularly concerned about the safety of the breakfast I just had, but the quality was not great. There are only 3 options for gf breakfast and all contain animal products. I had the gf breakfast. It came with 2 eggs ( very overcooked, cold and solid yolk) bacon ( undercooked wet fat) guacamole, tiny pot of beans (cold) there were no mushrooms served despite them being listed. You have to spend 3.75 for bread, I have never known bread being extra to a fry up but here we are. The bread was barely toasted possibly wafted past a grill but unlikely. Cold. This with a black coffee cost over 20 quid. No one asked me if it was OK, probably didn't want to know.
Also you have to sign a disclaimer on the iPad to say that you understand cross contamination os possible.
Acceptable if you are desperate but I can't recommend.
I went to Giraffe as it was stated as excellent for GF. Until after waiting for 20 mins to be seated I was told all F food was not available. So was nothing available.
Good place in the airport for a safe gf meal. Staff was super nice and reassuring, they clearly know what they're doing. They have several options for breakfast and lunch.

Gf bread offered so breakfast options very good. Main menu shows gf choices and allergies shown on iPad they let you read. Highly recommend the Smashed Avocado, eggs and bacon - filling and delicious. Set me up for my travels. Service excellent and quick. As it is 5am not able to see menus for later in day, but I’m sure they offer gf food options.
