Staff very aware of gluten issues. Asked about allergies before we were shown to our table and then brought an "allergen menu" on a tablet. Nachos and chicken wings were very nice, GF Peroni. Seemed to take allergies very seriously. Our waiter, Stephen, was very attentive, even brought a fresh beer glass (unasked) because it had been carried close to non-GF beer. Good choice if you are in T1.
