Asymptomatic Celiac

Tried their Italian and Indian entrees. Delicious! They understood gluten free. My server asked the chef what I could eat off the menu. Almost everything could be made gf. They offered gf penne pasta and bread. Even fried fish could be made with chick pea flour.
