The menu is marked with options for gluten sensitivity. However, when I called ahead they immediately knew about cross-contamination. They recognized Celiac disease and recommended to avoid anything fried even if marked for gluten sensitivity. They checked my order with the chef to make sure it could be prepared safely for me. The salmon was tasty and I had no reaction!
