They had GF buns and the burger was decent. The GF chocolate torte was really yummy. They do use a shared frier. The sweet potato tots were yummy. I am gluten sensitive.

My son has celiac disease and we have been to this restaurant several times on previous trips. They have a seperate gluten free menu with limited options. He had the burger with GF bun and a side salad w/o croutons. They don't have a dedicated fryer which limits the side options (fries for example). They said they are careful to avoid cross contamination. My son said the food tasted good including the desert (Chocolate torte) and the staff was knowledgeable.

I got very sick after eating here. Gluten free menu with decent options if you are intolerant. Not celiac-friendly at all. I was reassured that burger with GF bun was celiac-safe. Only side option was a salad. Salad came out with croutons - came separately from burger so I just stayed away from the salad, but the burger was definitely cross-contaminated as well.

Spinach salad with salmon came out with a wheat cracker on top so had to get waiter to take it back and make a new dish.

I had a good experience here. The server was knowledgeable and gluten free items are marked on the menu. I had the grilled shrimp tacos for dinner and the gluten free cake for dessert. I also had a hard cider. I felt good after without any symptoms.

Had a very good dinner here last night. Ordered online and they had options to add that you had an allergy. We felt confident in our food and didn’t have any issues. It was also delish!

I didn’t get sick but was a bit disappointed by the lack of options because previous reviews were so positive. I got the sliders and they were pretty good.

I ended up having a good lunch, no thanks to the server. I asked for a GF menu but the waiter was absolutely clueless. He didn’t even know what came on the side salads. I have to guide him through entire order reiterating my croutons on my salad, my crispy onions on my pulled pork and to be sure order specified a GF bun and to use GF BBQ sauce. I honestly was a bit worried but finished eating about 30 minutes ago and feeling fine so it worked out.

Excellant service- the staff is clearly trained on celiacs/GF! They provided a gluten free menu and offered to double check the fryer to ensure that the fries were suitable for celiacs. Unfortunately, they were not but he pointed me towards other options.

Delightful experience after a relaxing stay at the resort. GF menu included most of the normal menu and our waiter was also GF, so was a great help in clarifying what was dedicated GF and what was at risk of contamination. Food was very good, we tried the Game Time burger and the Pub Tacos, both of which were very good. Definitely on our short list for the Glenwood area!

The Glenwood Canyon Brewery is one of our go-to places when in Glenwood Springs, especially since we often stay at the Hotel Denver in the same building. They have a separate gluten free menu with a number of excellent items, including the Game Day Burger and a pasta dish that is outstanding. They also have a GF cider or seltzer available (the tangerine jalapeño seltzer was most excellent), and the servers and kitchen staff are knowledgeable about the plight of those with Celiac.

I feel great after getting their Reuben with a GF bun. Delicious! No symptoms
I wish they had separate fryers, so I could eat the fries!

Sat at the bar and enjoyed a delicious gluten free apple cider. The house made root beer is gluten free and my husband had a naughty root beer which he loved. I had a Club sandwich in an Udi's bun. My husband had chicken Pub Tacos and they were delicious. Definitely recommend. Especially if Web is working the bar.

My vegetarian wife is both Celiac and has soy allergies. The server double checked the ingredients and even triple checked on which they did find had soy. They were very patient and friendly about it and apologetic when they realized their veggie burger had soy. She still found a great sandwich and we both had a great meal!

True celiac’s place was amazing staff was very understanding Hamburgers were awesome great Gluten free bun
Ok seriously, go here! Good food, excellent service! I had the fish tacos gf of course! They were good, they actually had a pretty decent gluten free menu, I was impressed. I didnt get a hamburger, but they do have buns. Our server was amazing, she was on top of everything, I think her name was Tara.

Yum! This was a great option and stop for me. They have a dedicated menu, just ask. I didn’t do any “fried” foods as they had a disclaimer that it contains gluten. The Caprese chicken pasta with GF pasta was delicious. Service was superb!
Spoke with the manager...no separate cook lines, however they bust a move to keep cross-contamination to a minimum. My sandwich bun had been buttered and grilled...they butter them by hand and keep a separate butter tub for GF. Not dedicated fryer, but fried items are clearly marked.
Lots of creative flavors and interesting combinations. Loud rowdy atmosphere - LOL!

They have gluten free bread and buns, so almost any burger or sandwich can be made gluten free!

The manager came out to our table to make sure that I knew what was safe, she also said once the order went to the kitchen she would be there to make sure it was done properly! I had a burger and side salad, they had gluten free Udi’s buns. She mentioned that nothing in the fryer would be gluten free, but there were still other great options for sides. We are planning to go again tonight, it’s connected to our hotel and very well done!!

Large variety of celiac safe food! House brewed cider was amazing! Wait staff knew what was celiac safe and what wasn’t.

The servers are knowledgeable and they have a gluten free menu. Portobello tacos were fantastic! Great service!
Yes
Gf menu but their knowledge about gf is poor. They had a farro veggie burger on the gf menu and when I told them farro is not gf they said they would remove it from the gf menu. We ordered gf salads and they both came with gluten crackers on them. I had the fish tacos and they were pretty good but if you want fish tacos go to Slope & Hatch there’re much better.
No
Had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes, some of the best pub fair I've ever had! Staff super friendly, checked to confirm my dinner was gf.
They have a GF menu with many options. Had Georgia Chicken w/peaches & many other yummy ingredients! Staff knowledgeable and pleasant.
Look, you can get gluten free food here, but it's a convoluted process. Separate menu, than only contains part of the info so you have to cross reference with the main menu. Gets quite confusing! They also don't have a separate fryer for fries etc. The side salad was lettuce. That's it, aside from a bit of dressing. And given that my burger had like half a head of lettuce inside it, I really didn't need more! So I don't know, it's probably hit and miss, you can totally get gluten free food here, but this particular experience was annoying.
My son is vomitting after a "GF" hamburger
Great selection, good beers and ciders, Mediterranean pasta is so so good! Staff was friendly and knowledgable and our server Courtney was very sweet and helpful!
G/F options were scarce. Salad, steak, a fish and a nachos. The nachos were horrid. Good amount of cheese with a tablespoon of black beans and a teaspoon of prime rib. Worst I have ever had. Good service but we won't go back.
Several locally brewed gluten free beers, hard cider, and root beer. We stopped in after the hot springs closed. GF root beer float for my son, GF hard apple cider for me, as well as the GF beers that we didn't try. No idea about the food. Great service.
