Sadly, I think it depends on who your server is. I stated that I was GF and they didn’t really ask any follow up questions. They did explain what they couldn’t make but that was about it. My drink came with a fortune cookie in it and when I asked if it was gluten free they said no, they forgot to mark it. Thankfully I’m not a celiac.
After so many good reviews, I thought I was in the clear, but when I got home I had a reaction and was sick all night. I should have been more vigilant when everything else was brought to the table, especially since out of the gate my drink had a gluten filled object in it after telling them I was GF.
The ramen was amazing, just be sure to be vigilant.
This place is TOP TIER for gluten free ramen!!!! I’ve eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. They take all types of allergies very seriously. When ordering online, they even have checkboxes to indicate any dietary restrictions. The lemon chicken ramen is my favorite, but every dish I’ve tried has been delicious. I would give this place a 10 star rating if I could. ⭐
Absolutely amazing, I had 2 appetizer, took most of my entree home so I could also have dessert! The atmosphere was amazing (even the restrooms were awesome). Service was spectacular! There are only 2 things on the whole menu that can’t be done gluten free!

Great food, the waiter and manager were very good to us and made sure to ask if I was sharing any of the other food with my family so they could make it all gluten free. There’s no designated GF menu but the waiter showed me which items they could modify on their menu, which was almost everything! I got the miso bacon noodles. The manager came and brought my ramen & checked up to make sure our food was good!
Glo is amazing!!! The staff was well-informed and willing to confirm gluten safety with the chef. The fryer and fried foods are completely gluten free and many of the ramens can be made GF by swapping in rice noodles. I got the fried mushroom and the chicken ramen. SO delicious.

Came here on a Friday night and the service was incredible, very attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious, and super filling. They have a dedicated fryer, so we got the boneless BBQ wings as an app. They were so crunchy and flavorful. I got the lemon chicken ramen for my meal and my boyfriend got the bacon miso ramen for his. Haven't had food like this in years so it was nice to have! And felt fine afterwards. Will definitely be back
My local spot for GF ramen. They are very good with Celiac. Good happy hour food, highball drinks are very similar to what I had in Japan. They had some crazy cocktail called foam or something that looked much more interesting. Their rice noodles are always cooked to perfection - highly recommend death wish pork. Leftovers are predictably mushy and not as good, especially the fried chicken (Celiac safe).
Wow! This place was soo good. They were so friendly and accommodating. We had the sashimi special, pork belly skewer, and I had the lemon shiso ramen with rice noodles. Yum. We sat at the counter overlooking the kitchen and I felt safe the whole experience. Almost everything could be modified besides a few ramen choices. 👌
This place is incredible! Staff is both knowledgeable about celiac and super friendly. They have rice noodles, so most ramen can be made GF. I also had the Brussels sprouts— so good. Much of the menu can be made GF. If you love noodles/ramen, this is a must try :)
