Don’t let your guard down here - pretend it’s every other restaurant that uses flour in a bunch of dishes...because telling your waiter your celiac and being in a place that markets on being so gluten free doesn’t guarantee you safety here. At this price point I expect better. Just write the gfs on the menu then this wouldn’t happen

Staff was helpful. Only one menu item was not GF due to flour in the sauce.
I had a great experience. I did not get sick. That said, I don’t doubt the other reviewers negative one. I think they may have staff problems a bit and I could see that happening. But they don’t use much flour (cornbread was completely safe and delicious).

I told the restaurant host and first waiter that I have Celiac and everything needs to be GF and they assured me they knew what to do. The last dish arrived and another waiter said there was flour in the sauce. Then another overheard and said no, the chef knew about my celiac and didn't use flour. Then when I was about to pour the sauce on the food, the original waiter ran over saying there was gluten in the sauce and not to eat it. This whole back and forth left me concerned that other mistakes had been made, but not caught. I'd say it's GF friendly, but not celiac friendly.
