This location is GREAT! I have had bad luck at the Frisco and Allen location, but this one is newer and they are extremely cautious. I have Celiac and have safely eaten there twice. Both times, the wait staff assured and reassured that they were taking precautions against any cross contamination. They also have a gf menu! Unfortunately, the chips are not GF but I just bring my own. Bean dip has gluten but the salsa is gf.
They have a GF menu, it’s pretty limited and must be requested. Unless you specify the dish be GF even if it’s the same name on the regular menu name wise it won’t be made GF by default. All GF is by request only. I got Nancy’s ribeye, no onions on green beans (tasted like onions so definitely some cross contamination going on) and no Chimichurri (I avoid all nightshades when possible which makes eating out much harder). The steak tasted fine but was bland without the sauce. I prefer it like that vs seasonings I can’t tolerate but a little salt & pepper while cooking would’ve been an improvement. The service wasn’t great but we were in a large group. There was no dessert menu I seen with GF options. The ones the group ordered looked like cake and a churro so doubt they have a GF dessert option. The GF menu was ribeye, salads or fish mostly. Disappointed there wasn’t a chicken breast option. I did eat the chips but outside of yuca and a few other things they didn’t have many fried options so I took the risk of CC. I felt ok but took gluten eaze anyway. I wouldn’t come back or really recommend it to anyone with celiac especially, there is a CC warning on the menu as it’s a shared kitchen. Pretty standard for GF occasional restaurant not really for GF people.
