This new bakery bakes amazing rustic gluten-free bread. They always bake it at the first of the day, when the kitchen is spotless and there's no chance of any wheat flour in the air. I usually buy mine at Huckleberry grocery store, but now that they're open, I'll be going both places. Because they use no preservatives or stuff like that, this bread needs to be eaten immediately, but it's SO GOOD! They also have oils and other gluten-free dips and spreads for breads, so any fellow gluten-free friends in the Spokane area have a new place to get real bread for once.
