Review of Glory Bound Gyro Co.

The restaurant manager was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and his staff was excellently trained! Our server Thurston was wonderful-very attentive and super friendly. I felt completely comfortable and safe eating there. The food was excellent! I had the original gyro (plated-no pita) and added grilled veggies...it was AMAZING! Best gyro I’ve ever had! You definitely don’t want to miss this place when visiting Birmingham!
