Glo’s is a cap hill classic diner and in that way, is a classic gf diner experience - can’t guarantee gluten free. They cut a lot of bread and use the same flat top for bread as for hash browns. That being said, I took the risk and I had a GI reaction the next morning. Not severe but probably won’t repeat. I might go and get an omelette sometime but probably not hash browns again. Great servers who answer questions and note allergies on the ticket. And while there are hour long waits for Saturday/Sunday brunch - the place runs like a well oiled machine.
