Have had a mixed experience here. On the one hand, it’s outstanding that there is a 100% GF bakery with accessible locations but some of the options I’ve tried have missed the mark quite badly. Dry, bland, and overly artificial- tasting deserts (have not tried the savoury or bread options). The one spectacular item are the cakes - picked up a chocolate cake spontaneously and it was delicious and by far the best I’ve had. It’s absolutely still worth checking out- there are so few GF bakeries and the selection is good and relatively satisfying.
I couldn’t find an item that didn’t have canola oil in it. For this reason and due to heavy use of other gmo corn flour and other unhealthy ingredients, I opted not to purchase anything even though it is dedicated gluten free. GF doesn’t necessarily mean it’s healthful nor that it is not going to cause inflammation.
