This certified gluten free bakery is tucked away in the little business district in Volant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The sugar cookies were soft and topped with a delicious icing. The peanut butter cookies were soft with a good balance of sweet and peanut butter flavor. The surprise bonus of our visit was the gluten free hard packed ice cream counter. They have gf sugar cones, cake cones, And homemade gf waffle cones! We will definitely make the trip again. They sell out fast so call ahead to place an order or arrive at opening time.
