This is my all time favourite bakery, they offer a variety of different kinds of baked goods and bread, they even do birthday cakes. Staff is amazing and extremely helpful.

The best gluten free bread in town! My husband is not gluten free and he was fooled and thought I bought the wrong bread. The desserts, buns and muffins are also a must try!

Everything is absolutely delicious and the prices are decent for a small business. Lots of variety. Wish the desserts could be purchased online or from retailers as I don't live in Waterloo.

I love, love, love this place!!! I can’t stop myself from coming back! They have the tastiest treats in town, with many options. Be sure to come in early because they usually are somewhat sold out by the end of the day.

Side note, the staff are just incredible and provide amazing customer service!

Just recently went there and I must say their bread is AMAZING! I also tried their Dutch apple square and it was so good! Definitely recommend!

Suzie’s has the BEST gluten free bread ever that is shelf stable and doesn’t need to be frozen, incredibly! We’ve loved everything we tried but besides the bread, would definitely recommend the pizza pockets. Go early if you want bread or anything savoury cause by the afternoon, only the sweet baked goods are left. Still tasty but definitely hope they expand their menu to include more freshly baked savoury options in the future!

Woah, Suzie really nailed it. My partner ordered me an assortment of goodies for my birthday and I was delightfully surprised at how finely crafted everything was. The salmon pate had a flakey pastry crust and a rich, creamy inside. The scone was subtly flavoured with a balanced amount of sweetness. The cake and muffin were both delicious and moist. She seems quite technical and doesn't rely on overloading her treats with sugar to make them taste good. I was impressed and will definitely be back!

Suzie is a diagnosed celiac, who knows the struggles of eaten gluten free. She has a booth at the St. Jacobs Farmers Market (main building) which is open Thursday’s and Saturday’s. She has amazing bread, buns, cookies, sweets and so much more!
