Review of Gluten Free Galaxy

Yum! Dedicated gluten free, no soy or a few other allergens either! This is a food truck with tables where you can eat. We had amazing cinnamon rolls (available with cream cheese or dairy free frosting), eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. They had paleo pancakes and breakfast sandwiches today as well. Everything is made from scratch on the premises. I will be back!!!
