Review of Gluten Free Happiness

We ordered the Christmas panettone, the sweet croissants and the mini baguettes and everything was delicious! Natalia was kind enough to include some delicious Christmas cookies as well! The texture of the panettone was spot on (which as you know w gluten free baking - textures are sometimes off) the same with the croissants, flaky buttery deliciousness! (After being diagnosed with Celiac I thought I would never have the chance to eat another croissant!) Can’t wait to try the other items on their menu!
