I wish there were more stars to give, amazing owner, phenomenal French bread, and the chocolate chip cookie?!? Oh boy.. like the deep dish dessert ones... Thanks to those that reviewed before me, and to those considering?! GO!!

The sandwich bread reminds me of Udi's old recipe- lots of holes in the bread. Fortunately, there are a lot more options for GF bread these days. I prefer Out of the Breadbox for my GF sandwich bread.

I love this place! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who works here, but he’s so nice and informative. This is the best bread and cookies I’ve had! I’m so excited I found this place. I can’t wait to try everything he makes.

Best GF bakery around! Sign up for their email and get a % off coupon, then stock up, their products freeze really well. John, the owner, will mix up baking flour specifically for the recipe that you want to make.

I order the gluten-free pizza crusts and hamburger buns all the time from GlutenFreeThings.com The pizza crusts are excellent in taste. Best I've had. I can put my own toppings on it and lunch is ready in 15 mins flat. The hamburger buns have great taste as well, and yummy texture that can't be beat. I have not had the cupcakes but I love the lemon poppy seed and triple vanilla muffins. GREAT TASTE!

I'm sorry but the food we got here was not good. The cupcakes were lacking flavor except baking soda and the muffin things were dry and not good flavored.

Did you know that most all of the Gluten Free Things are also VEGAN? With just a few exceptions, all breads are Dairy and egg free, nut free, soy free, corn free. We recently updated ALL NUTRITIONALS on the website at http://glutenfreethings.com Here are a few nutritionals to be aware of: English Muffins have cornmeal baked in. (Taste is incredible) Sweet Rolls with icing have dairy in the Italian Butter Cream. GF things with choc chips have Ghirardelli chocolate with some dairy in the chips. Tiny, but great. The "muffin things" are a must try. Good selection of their stuff and other brands. Excited to find out that they can do take and bake pizzas if you call ahead!

Awesome little bakery! Tucked in a corner of a shopping center, but its the main attraction! Dedicated GF facility, graham crackers to die for, owner/baker was so helpful! Worth the drive!

The lemon poppy seed muffin bars are to die for. Moist and lemony. The Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins are also the best. I made a gluten free vegan pizza last night and the crust, crisped up like a real pizza dough.
