We went to the Gluten Free Way for the first time and was so impressed with the cleanliness and wonderful help from Kathy the owner. She even offered to stay open late in order for us to get there. My husband was just diagnoised with Celiac's and this place took a stressful situation and gave me comfort and guidance. There is a wonderful selection of all gluten free products - and she offers a coupon. We will be back, many times over.!!!

I'm so excited about this place. This is a great "one-stop-shop" for all gluten-free necessities (and treats)! They even have a few products I hadn't seen before.
Try the Vegan Oat Bread! I was hesitant at first since I thought "why give up dairy and egg just because I can't have gluten?" - but oh my, this is the best bread I have had in my 2+ years without gluten! I'm literally finding excuses to eat it!
I'll give them another star if they improve their seating/eat-in accommodations and include some ready to eat bakery treats and/or drinks. Although the shop has a lot to offer from a product standpoint, I can't wait to see how the "feel" is optimized! Looking forward to the grand opening on Feb 2, 2013!
