Found this place a short walk from the train station. Mostly bakery items, but they had one cheese and hard boiled egg sandwich. We also had almond cake and cheesecake. All very good

All these dishes are gluten free and very delicious. Moreover you can find different drink I try chai vegan milk and 2 different cake. There is also a shop with products gluten free. Very traditional place to visit very nice.

Pretzels are so good (wish I got more than 1 to try)! A variety of cookies and small cakes. The bakery also carries a variety of GF grocery items (pasta, bread, etc.).

There was a huge, lovely selection of breads on display both times I visited, but since we’re staying in a hotel and don’t travel with a bread knife, I was not able to try them. I did have a soft pretzel, and it was fantastic! Also good was their chocolate loaf cake. Not worth getting tea, if you’re a tea drinker; the water is not hot enough, and while they offer a charming vintage porcelain cup, there’s no teapot or saucer.

Extremely kind and charming staff, some of whom speak English very well. A sign in German next to the till tells customers to shout if they don’t see anyone behind the counter; it took me three loud « hallo! »s to reach them over a loud vacuum cleaner (? I think?), but once they arrived they were very helpful.

Soooo grateful that this place exists in this not super celiac-friendly town!!

This is the second location of this 100% gluten free bakery after the one in Riehen. The owner has celiac disease. The bakery is gluten free only, so no cross contact. Very good Laugenbrötli and Zopf, and delicious cakes. There is also a breakfast option, coffee, and some packaged gf products to buy. I recommend this for anyone with celiac disease. Swiss prices and costs a bit more than gluten bread so a bit steep if you're a tourist. Still, definitely check it out!
