This bakery is located approx. 15 min from the strip close to the airport. It’s a perfect stop for entering or leaving Vegas! The owner has celiac and it’s 100% gluten free. Now, the cookies are probably the best GF cookies I’ve ever had in the U.S. I also got the cupcakes, which look amazing. Will update post once I try!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I got the brownies and the toll cookies and they are great! would never guess they were gluten free! the owner was also super friendly! he let us know where really good gluten free places are and what to get, etc! everything about it was great! will definitely be coming back!!

This bakery has very limited hours and very limited selection. The two cupcakes I got were very good. The lemon curd cupcake was good and the carrot cake was pretty good but rather sweet.

I would recommend to anyone with Celiac. But be ready to be disappointed because the store is often closed and even when closed it has limited selection.

The owner is very nice and can suggest gluten friendly restaurants nearby.

We drove quite a ways to go here as the other 2 Vegas GF bakeries were closed on that day. There were hardly any options - a handful of cupcakes and cookies. The owner was very nice but we were underwhelmed. Might be best to call ahead to see what they are offering on that day.

Double chocolate chip cookies were amazing. My husband and In-laws even agreed and they are gluten eaters. The brownie cupcake thing was decadent. Going to try the lemon curd cupcake and carrot cake cupcake later today and will update. Bread sells out within 24 hours on Monday/Tuesday so wasn’t able to try that, but my MIL will try to get some in the future for us to try.

Not a lot kept in stock during the week. Good food! They do use a flour that I find has a sour taste, but other folks don’t notice it. I just avoid buying GF products that have it, because can taste it.

We had their apple pie, it was very delicious, but both of us had an allergic reaction to something in it (not wheat). Not really sure what it was that caused it. I've never had a food allergy before, maybe a nut flour or something... Bummed we won't be visiting again.

I would recommend getting the cookies. I’ve tried the muffins and bread. It’s a little dry. The brownies and cookies I’d recommend. But the owner is very nice and passionate.

I was there early and there wasn't many items available. I bought the small pecan pie. While the pie was delish I found the crust hard to cut and the pie hard to take out of the tin. Not sure if this was because it was in the cooler for the day

I got the Cheddar and jalepeno rolls, oatmeal raisin cookies, and carrot cake cupcake! All were amazing!!! My husband doesn't even eat gf and absolutely loved the rolls! You can't even tell they are gf!

Just delicious and gluten free! Was craving something sweet that wasn't pre-frozen. Discovered this place while in town visiting my son and will definitely be back. The cheesecake was fantastic!

Absolutely delicious! I tried the Blueberry Pie which was fantastic, and a carrot cake muffin with no nuts option! I also purchased one roll frozen to try toasted. It was so good that I’m going back to buy the bag!

The lemon cake is *amazing*. The owner is so nice and the bakery is designed to be 100 percent safe for those who cannot eat gluten. My hubby is a gluten eater and loved the lemon cake and cookies. What a great find!!!!

GF lemon cupcake amazing... one of the best I’ve had. Cinnamon roll - hard, seemed stale, ate one bite, gave my hubby a bite- threw out. Icing on the roll was very good.

I bought the chocolate cupcake. That was good, but the apple pie was so awesome. So yummy and soft. Everything about it was so delicious.

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious, they're made with gf oats though😞. I had a reaction. The cupcakes are small, gooey , too sweet and not very good ( over priced). The crust on the pies are good, but the filling is sub par. The owners are very nice, talkative and inviting. I wish I could eat the cookies, they're delicious.

Obviously safe for celiacs by the name. We had the brownie cupcake and it was ok. We've had better gf cupcakes. Also, be prepared for gf spiel from owner about how unsafe all the labeled gf products sold in super markets are. She'll make you feel like you can never eat anything packaged ever again. Not super impressed. Just meh.

What a terrific find! I'm visiting from the Bay Area, and as my friend lives very close by, I decided to try out their baked goods. Dedicated gluten free bakeries are few and far between. The owner's husband -Mark -was very informative and friendly. The chocolate chip cookies are THE best, as were the lemon cupcakes. Great flavor and texture. Am going back to load up for my trip home. So nice to find a good gluten free bakery. The GF croissants have great favor , good texture and not too crumbly. Raspberry and carrot cupcakes are the best GF cakes I have ever tasted! Hope this place stays in business.
