Review of Gluuteny Bakery

I love being able to bring my kids to a GF bakery and allowing them to pick anything they want. Their products are beautiful, but I think the novice home cook can make tastier treats. I paid $75 for my daughter's birthday cake and it was like a dried, tasteless, dense brick covered in beautiful icing - far worse than your average GF box cake mix. The same goes for their cookies; they look great but taste awful. I wish they would try to rework their recipes.
