Review of Gluuteny Bakery

For all the attention this place gets for its name, which is clever, you should know that it is also vegan. That means no butter, milk, and maybe no eggs. The gobs are small but good, although the last time I bought some they were pre wrapped and were not freshly made that day or I suspect even the day before. The brownies are also good. But the cupcakes taste like a hunk of flour frosted with glue and are terrible in my opinion. The cookies are also chewy, dry, and very floury.
