Review of Gluuteny Bakery

Also, beware of reviewers who own the restaurant (Mike) and are trying to convince you that the qualify hasn't gone down and that they recent reviews must just be wrong. Most reviewers understand that they can "drill down" to read last years reviews but most consumers aren't interested in how the quality was a year ago; they want to know what it is like now. In addition to their quality getting worse over the last year, they also apparently have an owner who would rather deny the concerns of their customers than actually address the issue. He even went out of his way to write bad reviews for the only other two "gluten free" bakeries in the Pittsburgh area. While the downgrade in quality is what motivated me to write the review, the tactless approach by the owner to write his own reivew is even more off-putting. Review sites were designed so that businesses have the ability to listen to individual customer concerns and then change their business model to meet the consumers' needs. Instead Mike chooses to deny, deny, deny. Doesn't look like things will improve at this bakery anytime soon.
