Symptomatic Celiac

I came to this place with friends fully expecting not to eat anything considering there is no indication of anything being GF based on the menu. But when the waiter came to take orders, I said I’m celiac and he said cool no problem, wrote it down, and told me they had gluten free buns and that he’d tell the kitchen about the allergy for preparation reasons. The fryer is cross contaminated but he subbed in lays chips for fries. The burger was fantastic! And they have holidaily GF beer.
