Terminal 1 doesn’t have a lot of dining options so I took a chance on Go Bistro. Thankfully, when I asked the server about gluten free options he was very knowledgeable. Burger without the bun, side of fried rice without the soy sauce, grilled chicken breast, and the mandarin salad were all ok. I had the fried rice with grilled chicken added and it was good. Felt satisfied, didn’t get sick.
